Community Events 2007

   4th of July Parade, Burien, WA     

On 4th of July, the Explorers provide assistance at the Angle Lake Parade in SeaTac, the Burien Parade and Des Moines Waterfront.  They are active from 7:30 am until 11:30pm and are on call for Emergencies.

Explorer Events 2008

The Pictures above were taken during one of two trips to help Chehalis cleanup from the aftermath of the December Flooding. The Explorers volunteered to go out in full gear and help clean up parking lots, community areas and local homes hit hardest from the winter floods.

Explorer Events 2007

The pics above are from the April Muster Competition. This competition is held each year and it involves Explorer Units from the Puget sound area. This is an all day competition building on skills learned at the Explorer post meetings during the year.

PSSC Training Classes 2007

Summer School classes are great for anyone wishing to gain more knowledge; earn occupational education credits. Summer School registration is done through PSSC. Go to their website on our Community Links page.
